WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON UNWORN PRODUCTS, SENT BACK IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING. IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR ITEM(S) ARRIVED FAULTY, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.

IF YOUR PURCHASE IS NOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, YOU HAVE 10 DAYS FROM RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO ARRANGE YOUR RETURN.

SIMPLY COMPLETE THE BELOW FORM AS INSTRUCTED:

1.      INPUT YOUR FULL NAME, EMAIL AND ORDER NUMBER WITHIN REQUIRED FIELDS. PLEASE INCLUDE REASON FOR RETURN WITHIN MESSAGE.

2.      PLEASE PACK THE PRODUCT SECURELY.

3.      SHIP YOUR PACKAGE TO THE ADDRESS ADVISED WITHIN OUR REPLY (YOUR RETURN AUTHORISATION). 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COST OF SHIPPING RETURNS IS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER UNLESS ITEM(S) RECEIVED ARE INCORRECT OR FAULTY/DAMAGED.

 

WE REQUIRE YOU TO USE A POSTAL SERVICE THAT IS FULLY TRACKED AND INSURED. NOTE WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.

ON RECEIPT OF A RETURN, WE WILL CHECK THE PRODUCTS CONDITION (THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN ITS UNUSED ORIGINAL CONDITION AND WITH THE RETURN TAG INTACT AND UNTAMPERED WITH). REFUNDS WILL BE MADE BY OUR PAYMENT SYSTEM WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS.
